The Air Jordan 1 Mid ''White Metallic Gold Obsidian'' fuses heritage with a modern twist. Released in August 2019, this edition maintains the iconic look and heritage details of the original from 1985, albeit in a lower profile. The leather upper is split in Obsidian and white, with Swooshes across the sides and signature Wings branding at the ankle. Metallic gold Jumpman branding is applied to the tongue and footbed, while the rubber cupsole encases Air cushioning, repeating the two-toned scheme​​.
